The angled design ensures optimal forward emission for the position light and side emission for the strobe. Provides excellent visibility with minimal glare, just like the prototypes. The light is equipped with an integrated thermal fuse that shuts off at 65°C and automatically reactivates after cooling down.
The extremely compact design makes it easy to integrate in the thinnest wing tips of jets, sport aircrafts and gliders.

Please note that high-performance LEDs can become very warm, up to 70°C is completely normal. These heat sink mounted lights are suitable for continuous operation when air convection is possible. After installation, check the operating temperatures. We cannot guarantee against overheating.
