Return policy

Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Rights of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration within 14 days without providing any reason, either in written form (e.g., letter, email) or by returning the goods. Returns must always be made at your own cost. The withdrawal period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this information. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice or the goods in a timely manner. The withdrawal notice must be sent to:

CSD e.U.

Inh. Dipl.Ing. Ulrich Rockstroh

email: office@rockstroh.at

tel.: +43.664.8408425

Return address:

Eduard Klinger Strasse 21

A-3423 St. Andrä-Wördern

Austria

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, both parties must return the received goods or services. If you cannot return the received goods or services in full or in part, or if they are returned in a deteriorated condition, you may need to provide compensation for the loss of value. This does not apply to the deterioration of the goods if it is solely due to the examination of the goods, as would have been possible in a retail store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for value by refraining from using the goods as your own property and avoiding anything that may reduce their value. Items that can be shipped as parcels must be returned. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days of sending your withdrawal notice.
