A world first in miniaturization with high light output: the lights from the PIN 5mm series!
Using an intricate production technique, high-performance LED chips are connected directly to an electrical cooling carrier and additionally glued. This way, with a minimal chip surface of only 3x3mm, an enormous light output can be generated and operated. The package includes four different light caps, the two round 5mm caps resembling traditional LEDs but providing up to 100 times the typical brightness with an emission angle of over 120°. The cooling and mounting pin on the back is only 3mm in diameter and can be integrated very easily even in narrowest places in rudders or the thinnest tail units.

The design of the light includes an exposed LED chip, which is quite sensitive as a ceramic carrier. We also glue this together to stabilize it mechanically, but it is always necessary to handle the elements very carefully until they are firmly installed in the model.
The position light with 1.7W in x2 technology has an overwhelming continuous output for model flights for this size; the design makes an operating time of approx. 7-8 minutes possible without further cooling.
