Powerful navigation and strobe light in a casing. The profile light of the 11mm range has a slim design and fits optically perfectly onto smaller models. Due to efficient LED emitter, the light has an enormous luminous power despite the compact size and therefore it is also suitable for bigger models.
This design, with an internally positioned cooling surface, achieves compact dimensions and an elegant, slim profile.
These lights can be also mounted on smaller wing tips or fuselage. If necessary, the light can also be installed recessed up to 4mm, appearing even smaller. The cap must be glued after the final assembly.
The light is equipped with an integrated thermal fuse that shuts off at 65°C and automatically reactivates after cooling down.

The profile-shaped polycarbonate cap is only snapped on when delivered. It can be varnished separately, is highly transparent and unbreakable. Mounting the lamp is surprisingly easy: for simple surface mounting, only a 3x28mm slot is necessary, which means the lamp can also be mounted on small edge arches or the back of the fuselage. If necessary, the light can also be installed sunk in by up to 4mm, thus appearing even smaller, than it is. The cap must be glued after final assembly.
Please note that high-performance LEDs can get very warm, up to 70°C is completely normal. These heat sink mounted lights are suitable for continuous operation when air convection is possible. After installation, check the operating temperatures. We cannot guarantee against overheating. Warning: The LED lights are extremely bright! Never look directly into an LED!
