The 8mm series profile light is very slim and fits visually even on the smallest models. Due to x2 technology, it delivers an impressive light output, making it a real eye-catcher even for larger models. Astonishingly compact dimensions with a uniquely sleek design, combined with a special diffusion cap for optimal visibility.
The profile-shaped polycarbonate cap is initially just snapped-on and can be painted separately. It is highly transparent and very robust. The light is surprisingly easy to install: for a simple surface mount, only two 7mm holes are needed, allowing the light to be mounted even on small wingtips or fuselage backs. Optionally, the light can be recessed up to 3mm for an even more compact form.

For a simple surface mount, two 7mm holes are needed. After final assembly, the cap must be glued in place.
Please note that high-performance LEDs can become very warm, up to 70°C is completely normal. These heat sink mounted lights are suitable for continuous operation when air convection is possible. After installation, check the operating temperatures. We cannot guarantee against overheating. Attention: The LED lights are extremely bright! Never look directly into an LED!
