Slim LED high-performance strobe light with 16W reference power and x2 chip technology for operation as a very powerful strobe light on a wide range of models. The pen light is delivered pre-assembled and ready for use on a CNC-manufactured aluminum heat sink, and 3 high-strength polycarbonate caps are included for various use.
The light is equipped with an integrated thermal fuse that shuts off at 65°C and automatically reactivates after cooling down. Its thermal design is intended for use as a strobe or beacon, and using it as a position light would lead to early shutdown.

The caps can be glued separately and painted individually in the model color. Any non-evaporating adhesive is suitable for bonding, such as epoxy, Uhu Allplast, Uhu Por, silicone, canopy glue,... The light is equipped with an integrated thermal protection that shuts off at 65°C and automatically reactivates after cooling down. Its thermal design is intended for use as a strobe or beacon, and using it as a position light would lead to early shutdown.
Please note that high-performance LEDs can become very warm, up to 70°C is completely normal. These heat sink mounted lights are suitable for continuous operation when air convection is possible. After installation, check the operating temperatures. We cannot guarantee against overheating.
Attention: The LED lights are extremely bright! Never look directly into an LED!
